Horned Lark Linocut Print

Description:

This linocut, featuring a horned lark, is the second of three in my "Lively Fellows" series. This series features portraits of three different bird species. I wanted to capture the energy of the birds, showing them perched on branches right before they are about to take off. Through the poses and the energy of the foliage in the background, I hope I have accomplished this.

Product Information:

My linocuts are hand-printed by me on 9"x12" sized paper. The image area is approximately 8"x10". In most cases, I can print these on different colored papers with pretty much any ink color you can imagine.
