How is this site different from your Etsy shop?
This site's main purpose is as a venue for selling a complete range of my archival prints, in all available sizes. In the shop section of the site, you can see prints made from all of the collages and paintings I have made since 2006. Many of the prints you see here are not available in my Etsy shop
, where I only sell a limited range of prints.
How do I purchase items from this website? Is there a minimum order requirement?
Shopping here is easy! Use the PayPal "add to cart" button to add items to your cart. You can click "view cart" at any point while you're shopping to see what items you've added, or when you're done and ready to check out. I accept major credit cards as well as PayPal payments. At this time, I do not accept personal checks or money orders. Checkout is safe and secure, and your privacy is of utmost importance to me. I do not keep customer lists and never use your contact information for promotional purposes.
There is no minimum order requirement at this time.
What are your shipping policies? Do you ship internationally?
All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via USPS Mail. Transit times will vary. Shipping Charges are calculated by weight and location. For US customers, orders that weigh less than 13 ounces will be shipped via First Class Mail, with a typical delivery time of 3-7 days. Orders that weigh more than 13 ounces must be shipped via Priority Mail, which has a delivery time of 2-3 days. Orders shipped within the state of California will include 7.75% sales tax.
I happily ship World-Wide! International orders are sent via First Class Mail International. USPS delivery times vary for FCM International packages, but typically arrive within 2-3 weeks, often faster.
If you would like your order shipped more quickly, I will gladly provide a quote for Priority Mail or Express Mail expedited shipping. This applies to both my US and International customers. Feel free to contact me with any questions about shipping, or if you feel there is a problem with your order.
How will my items be packaged? What about returns or exchanges?
Smaller art prints (5"x7" and 8"x10") will arrive securely packaged in a plastic sleeves with white cardboard backing. Larger prints (11"x14") are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with an attractive "Bird Nerd" sticker. All prints are shipped in rigid cardboard mailing envelopes to prevent any bends or creases. I take great pride in my packaging and can assure you that I will do my best to make sure your order arrives safely and looks beautiful!
Should you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 business days. Returns and exchanges are handled on an individual basis. Contact me immediately if your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged and I will make it right.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
I currently do not offer wholesale discounts. However, I do plan on this in the future and am working on a price list for retailers. If you would like to be notified when this list is available, please let me know and I will do so.
